Over the years, I've created about two dozen blogs, approximately 15 of which are still here. They range from family memories and personal experiences to education, technology, community issues, wildlife, and occasional adventures. I never set out to go viral or attract a large audience. Each blog had a purpose and a particular group of readers in mind: family, friends, neighbors, community organizations, or educators attending my workshops. I recognized early on that the Internet's value wasn't just its ability to reach millions. It could be equally powerful in bringing together small, highly specific communities of people who shared an interest, need, or experience. Reaching a handful of the right people could matter more than attracting thousands of strangers. For me, blogging has been a way to share information, document experiences, solve problems, and stay connected. These surviving blogs are snapshots of different periods in my life—some personal, some practical, some serious, and a few just for fun. Feel free to browse. You never know what you might find.
